In need of some encouragement! 3 weeks ago I finished week 3 then got some really nasty reactions to bites on my leg and foot which meant not being able to do any exercise :( I finally think it's ok to start again and can get my trainers on again at last! Do you think I should do week 3 run 3 then into week 4 or repeat all of week 3?

Bad luck with the bites, I'm praying I don't get an injury. I'd say do week 3 again as you don't want to push your body and get another injury.

You've got all the time in the world to make it.

I agree with repeating. It's as much about your mental state as anything. Achieving with a repeat run is better than struggling with something a little too hard (that's my 'self preservation' philosophy, anyway)!! I repeated all of week4 as I found it a struggle. I then felt confident moving on to week 5. As I can hardly believe I'm managing this programme, I don't want my confidence to slip as I may drop out altogether. Onwards and upwards (at your own pace).😀
