I've just come in from w7 r2, I've ran for 25 mins before and it felt great !! Went out today and after 6 minutes came to an abrupt halt as my legs and mind didn't want to play ball. Breathing was fine though! I'm hoping just need an extra days rest as tired and not taken a step back mentally

Take a couple of days off. Relax and try again. You will be fine. The first 10 to 15 minutes of the run are the hardest as your mind screams at you to stop. A good way to beat this is not to check the time, pick some good music to run to and just go out and run it. Take it nice and easy. The breathing was the hardest part at the start, now you have that cracked and you can do it. I just finished week 8 yesterday, and my mind is still screaming at me to stop. One you get past 12 mins the hardest part is behind you. Good luck.

There are good runs and bad runs. There are also non-runs. Take an extra day. Don't try to over analyse it or you will risk creating a bigger mental block.

You can do this. In fact you have already done this - twice. Today it just wasn't happening, but next will be different. You've got this!
