Week 2 and fitness tracker applications

Started week two today, it may only be running for 90 seconds but my goodness those extra 30 seconds make a huge difference, I am also thinking about joining the local running club.

On a different note, I used to use the Google fit app which recorded any steps taken and records all your other activities, this was fine until I found that I had taken 22 minutes to do a .95 mile run at 22:45 last night while I was in bed, it wasn't even in my home town. So with that in mind what apps would people recommend please.

  • ๐Ÿ˜ฑ really? Have u got an iPhone? I use the inbuilt health app- linked with a very cheap activity watch- off eBay it all syncs up.

  • I use S Health on my Samsung, seems to work well
