It is hard, but you shouldn't be afraid to push yourself and move on anyway, you will be surprised. I think on my w1r2 I had a panic attack about halfway through when I realised I didn't think I would make it to the end. But I did, and I managed week 2 and week 3 as well. It's easy to convince yourself it's too hard or you can't do it, but you should have some faith in the programme and your body, especially in the early weeks when you will improve rapidly.

Go very slowly! That way you will finish the sessions. Have fun 😃
I did W2R1 this morning and as I went through it my breathing sorted out - so stick with it and follow the advice on the podcast 👍
