Started out day two well. Then got a permanent stitch and had to walk briskly the rest of the way. A little frustrating. Tips on dealing with stitches most welcome.

I was told to breathe really deeply and to try and fill your abdomen as you do it. Also clutching your knee to your chest on the side with the stitch is meant to help too. I've had mixed results to be fair.

Keeping your shape. As you get tired your body slumps and begins to fold in on itself. If you are listening to the narration the podcaster will tell you to stretch up, as if peering over a tall hedge. So, if you feel uncomfortable try that. Lifting both arms up to the sky too also helps the stretch. Stretch sufficient to feel it in your midriff. When I get stitch I stop and touch my toes. Then do the reach upwards, and right and left

Make sure you are going very slowly 😃
