Would never have imagined it possible after my dreadful start last week, but I've just completed the first run of week 2. Legs protested a little towards the end and during each walking section I felt I was gasping for air but once again I actually enjoyed it!
I also saw another C25k runner which absolutely made my day π

Steady on there - enjoying a run. Well done on completing your first week 2 run - there is certainly a high from the sense of achievement isn't there. Keep going and keep enjoying it.
By the time I get home I'm grinning from ear to ear! I've never ever enjoyed any exercise I've done before so this is a very new feeling for me! (I am also furious at myself for forking out for gym membership in the past when this is blooming free!)
Yay, that's brilliant. Keep going, I'm listening to all the positive notes on here. They keep me motivated. Hoping to fit in my wk 1 run 2 in today π
