On a cold, damp windy morning WK3R2 was done earlier this morning; feeling better for the determination to stick to schedule.Next run planned for weds.

Well done! Schedule was everything for me when I was doing C25K - it was the first time I have ever stuck to a fitness schedule in my life - and when I had finished 9 weeks of running on a Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday without fail, I was so chuffed with myself! Good luck x

Thanks sarah469; I find the most difficult part at the moment is still king to the programme; but with determination and good fortune I'll carry on going nice and steady.
