Finished W6 R2 this morning despite the heat and the uphill 2nd 10 minutes, i did increase pace a little, figure i need to be running not jogging for at least part of the exercise.
Am noticing my calves are firming up nicely, can't stop tensing and feeling them!
Does anyone have link to a good 'restday' workout routine, want to try and get some squats etc in to strengthen my legs further but want a simple structured workout.
