Well done your nearly there. But your right the hell goes on. I still have my love hate relationship with running. I had to stop with a bad hip for a while and that's when I realised I wanted to run. Enjoy w9r3 it's such a great feeling x

Only 60 minutes. Sixty minutes 'til graduation!! So nearly there😊What an achievement! I'll be watching out for your Sunday post.
And afterwards? A few days to recover from the party celebrations and then you can find your own happy runs. The world is your oyster. 😊😊

Or give up again and do something you actually enjoy? The best form of exercise is the one you actually do regularly.
Does slowing right down help? If the original goal/motivation was an event then you may have been focused on that and going faster than is comfortable on a regular basis.
Mind you, some people enjoy a moan and find it perversely motivating (gets all the gremlins exposed and not tucked away munching on your soul), so...
Prob right. I love a moan. There's not really an exercise designed for a 4'11 overweight type 2 diabetic asthmatic. I'll plod on with this(I am ridiculously slow- my partner walks faster than I run). I did the mud cancer uk thing last year. I'm deeply competitive so being rubbish at something isn't that good for me. But I do know the running is good for my conditions so I'll carry on til October when it'll be too cold for me to run(sweating just makes me cold). Hey ho. Serves me right for eating too much in my 40s. Wouldn't need to do this now as I wouldn't be diabetic
