Starting out

Having just walked and jogged the Race For Life today (and I neither keeled over nor hated the experience), I was chatting to my friend who suggested I try the couch to 5k. I have officially signed up, and it begins this week!! As a firm non-runner from horrible experience of school as an unfit teenager, I am filled with enthusiasm 26 years later. Shame it took so long, but better late than never! I can walk till the cows come home, and finding ourselves a one-car-family again after a brief spell with two, I've been biking too. Running should be an interesting experience, and I'm fascinated to see how it will affect my general well-being. Bring it on!
