Week 3 Run 2

Just finished a hard week of school but atleast it's over and done with! My run this morning got work me up for the day and now I feel so much better about myself! Going to try fit a run in on Wednesdays now but a bit sad I can only run twice a week, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Twice is better than once is better than none.. lots of other exercises for non run days too!

Well done you :) Is there a reason you can only run twice... you can have more than one rest day in between runs.. ( just being curious, not nosey.. :))
