I've bitten the bullet and made an appointment to see a physio tomorrow. I'm really hoping he can sort out my hip problem (which I suspect is bursitis - and hope it's not something more serious!) because I can't tell you how much I am missing my 3 x weekly 30 minute runs. I've tried a couple of times to redo W1R1 and whilst I don't have any pain whilst running (well, minor niggles), afterwards, it hurts! π¬π«π€
