Found the second run a lot easier. Slowed my pace and kept my head up rather than looking at the floor. Actually rather enjoyed it...bring on saturday!

The first 2 weeks were hell though, ew running shoes made all the difference 🤗

Yeah I really to invest in some as mine are pants and I can feel it all up my shins 😭

My shins and calves killed the first 2 weeks, until I got new shoes. Go to a proper running shop, I used "up and running" I found them very helpful. (it's a chain I believe)👍🏻

Ooh thank you I will check them out. I don't want shin pain to put me off running while I'm so motivated!

It gets better the more you do, just go slow and I mean just over walking pace slow. Don't worry about speed or distance.

Does it really make a difference?

I've just done W3R3 - I find it very hard work - but I do look down at the path all the time. Would it be better if I looked ahead?

Yes it really helps. My last run was the first one I tried it and by far my best most enjoyable run. It kinda helped forget about the run and more on the music and the surroundings 👍🏻😁🏃
