All the anxiety and doubt about this run, and here I am on the other side of it!! It feels SO good!! I never would have thought I can actually jog that long without stopping and I feel so encouraged and hopeful now about how much better I can get!! I was really postponing actually signing up for a 5k I want to do in July, but I'm going to sign up today because I finally actually believe I can do it. For anyone worried about this run seeming impossible, it really isn't at the ten minute mark I was definitely exhausted and considering stopping but I told myself it was all in my head and kept going and yes my legs currently feel like jelly lol but it's worth it and I'm ready to move on to the next week
