Yesterday my Fitbit told me I'd done 7,000 steps by 8.00 am. (Dog walk & wk7r1)

Today by 2:30 pm I was only at 3,000 steps. I had a 12min wait at a train station in the middle of nowhere. (Enroute back to work.) Pre C25K, I would have checked Facebook or some other time eater. But just knowing I need to get to 10,000 & have 30 mins exercise a day - off I went for a walk round the car park!

Back to the platform - still 4 minutes to the train, so down the steps round to the other platform & back (just ignored the strange looks!)

I then realised if I got off the train 2 stops early I could walk through a park & add more minutes to my time.

Result! Arrived at work with over 7,000 steps showing & the day's exercise completed!

I love my Fitbit too! On a running day, I have almost done my daily steps before breakfast! Starting a new job next week and already wondering how I can get my steps in!

Activity trackers are brilliant, especially if you have family or friends with them as it often turns into a competition :-)
