Completed run 2 of week 5 today this morning ,the 8 mins run didn't feel so bad to be honest ...... So Sunday will be the 20 min run πππ,not going to dread it but embrace it plan on doing it in the park that I frequent the most as I'm better at pacing myself there... This morning the 8 min run I couldn't believe that it was nearly half lap of the park so to think I may complete a lap of the park seems beyond my wildest dreams on Sunday........ Let's do this

I thought that and have just come back from the week 5 day 3 big step up. I went really slowly and it was fine (even though I found the step up to 8 mins hard). It makes you feel great so just go for it. π
