Completed run 2 of week 5 today this morning ,the 8 mins run didn't feel so bad to be honest ...... So Sunday will be the 20 min run πŸ˜πŸ˜†πŸ˜‰,not going to dread it but embrace it plan on doing it in the park that I frequent the most as I'm better at pacing myself there... This morning the 8 min run I couldn't believe that it was nearly half lap of the park so to think I may complete a lap of the park seems beyond my wildest dreams on Sunday........ Let's do this

  • I thought that and have just come back from the week 5 day 3 big step up. I went really slowly and it was fine (even though I found the step up to 8 mins hard). It makes you feel great so just go for it. πŸ˜€
