I continue to amaze myself. Today I ran the entire 25 minutes without stopping. I was beat up, but I didn't stop. I'm astonished that I've actually made it to Week 7. Bring it on! Pretty soon I will call myself a runner. Not quite yet, but soon enough! Go me!
