Not only have a found a “tuit” but I managed to find one of the rare round ones.

Thanks to the digital age I have managed to make this digitally available, so you can now simply print one for yourself.

For those who have possibly downloaded the files but not yet managed to start the programme due to waiting to get a round tuit then here you are….

You will find this will come in useful for other tasks that have been put off due to the lack of a round tuit, it is not specific to couch to 5K. Don’t forget, if you lose your tuit be sure to pop back to this post and just print off a new one.
