I bet he didn't even have the grace to look guilty did he ? You will have to dogshame him with a pic of him with a little placard around his neck saying " I emptied the contents of the bin all over the floor, sorry not sorry "

I often hear mine rustling the bin bag in my kitchen bin , but with my pugs only having short legs , they cant get into it .

They are obsessed with the bin though, whenever I pull I it out of the corner to empty it, even if they are snoring their heads off on the sofa , as soon as they hear it , they run into the kitchen like Tasmanian Devils ! Ha ha !

Is he sat in the corner giving you the sad eyes ? xxx

I think he was just helping to check you had got the recycling done properly. How can anything that cute be in the wrong for more than a minute? Mind you, raiding the bins is one of the few funny ways that mine doesn't have, so I might well say that!

One of my labs likes to empty the recycling and chew/lick all the tins and yogurt pots ! How he doesn't cut his mouth I'll never know 😁😁
