Yippee, rest day. Asked Private Frazer for some Balm, he said there is life in the old dog yet, and asked about life insurance!! He would not give me any balm and directed me to Boots to try their new fangled gels, opted for a tube of Deep Freeze. Seems to be helping along with the advice I have got off all of you. All been well, will be running tomorrow. No problems with my feet, running shoes fit like a glove and are very comfortable. Thank you all for the encouragement.
