Went on tne first run on week 7 in the glorious lincolnshire country side. Flagging at the 20 min mark as I passed some tractors pea picking. Along with the loverly smell the guys cheered as I went by. Made my last 5 minutes great and run with a smile on my face. Can't believe I did it and in the heat even at 6 30 in the morning.

Haha how brilliant! It can be so encouraging to have a smile from someone or a well placed comment (or cheer!). Well done for getting through it, especially in the heat!

They must have seen you out running at that time in the morning and thought how keen and committed you are to it! Well done :)
