W7R2 done, 7 to go.

Got out and did it before I had chance to think to much about it, managed 2 laps of running which comes out to about 3.7KM the last 5 minutes was getting a bit of a slog but I did up the pace for the last minute which I was quite happy about. The trouble now, as it's all running, I have to look for new things as a focus, the telegraph pole on the corner, the rubbish skip etc.

The real sad part was not having time to have a look to see if there was any good junk in it.
