Wow, I'm on Week 9

What a lovely evening, didn't do my usual plodding the pavements as it's been too dark to run around the common local to me. But ran a lot slower than of late around the field and it drew darker, I watched the lads play football and watched the sun set over the trees. It was so lovely to see the bats swooping in front of me as I ran. Took my mind off running and before I knew it I had one minute left to run. I ran faster and couldn't believe I could give more. Just loved it. Only two more runs 😄
