The last run I did was Saturday and was the W5R3 but on Monday I injured my toe dancing and have had to take a week off. So after a week off is it possible to just continue onto week 6 or should I repeat week 5?

If you've reached w5r3 you should be ok going straight to w6r1. A week off will be just a long rest and you may be better off for it.
Be aware though that some people find w6r1 quite difficult after w5r3.

I think just carry on,make it nice and steady. Hope ur toe is ok, let us know how it goes 😀
Have you fully recovered? If you have any doubt about the state of your toe or, the length of time since you last run. Why not start off on week 5 and move into week 6 if you find it too easy.
Unless one is training for a specific event, why get hung-up on where you are within a training shedule? The worst that can happen is you do another week running and, maybe, avoid the possability of sustaining a further injury!
