In a good place

One week to go and looking forward to graduation. Starting out a couple of months ago running for 30+ minutes seemed impossible but as the weeks have gone by mental milestones and physical landmarks have been achieved and surpassed. Whilst success has been in part due to my own determination it has been encouraging to share the experiences of others on the same point in my journey. I have been motivated and chivvied along by the graduate gurus who have been there, done that and got the T shirt!

Reflecting on my experience it has been wholly worthwhile and positive being a member of this group and I am so glad that I rose to the challenge and joined you all.

My least favourite running bottoms started out looking like the pattern of an over inflated balloon. I put them on today and they were more like a perished balloon. The changes in physique in a relatively short space of time are astounding. Well worth all the effort expended!
