Hey guys!!!

Tried this podcast for the very first time today, felt really great in the end and I could follow all the steps.

But was indeed exhausting.

Someone else?

Yep. First time I tried it I set off full of confidence & too fast only to be exhausted by the 2nd run. That quickly brought me back to reality.. Lol.

Well done on completing it on the first try!

I use it for one of runs each week at the moment :) it is a great workout :) it does feel easier as your fitness etc improves and your recovery time will be quicker between the faster runs :D

I run this podcast regularly now and I credit it with the fact that I'm still chipping away at my 5k PB. The first time I did it I don't know how I got to the end. It was HARD! Brings out your inner speed demon though. Things I've learnt from it 1. Use the time to think about your running form 2. Think improved cadence, not increased stride length!

I waffle on regularly here about these follow on podcasts, I love 'em! I normally do "Speed" once a week, I've been known to follow it on with "Stamina" but not often to be honest. They work, stick at them x
