Week 4 back on track

Completed W4R1 for the second time tonight.

Delighted as this was the run that I had done just before my injury.

I'm running with strapping on my ankle and this is definitely helping with my forever dodgy ankle joint.

After a day of contrasting weather. Sun, rain and even hail, I was braced for a battle against the elements, but luckily I only had some spitting rain and a rather strong wind to deal with.

A strong wind is still hard so well done for getting this run done.
