I feel amazing today having completed week 8! I normally struggle running on a treadmill as I feel too constrained to one pace but actually I worked pretty hard and managed 4.62 km. I'm so excited to start week 9 already! It's such a liberating feeling knowing that I am now a proper runner, capable of training for a 5 or even 10 km race. The next three runs will be a challenge but I'm looking forward to rising to it! Hooray!
