Well I wasn't looking forward to today's W3r1. With advice from lovely members here regarding being out of breath and not being able to do 'Inhale 4/exhale 4' I slowed my pace down, I found I could breath more comfortably (not quiet the suggested from Laura) but it is a good sign. Thanks again.

I inhale 2 exhale 2, but try not to think about it. Doesn't really matter as long as it is comfortable and you don't stop!. I also strike mid foot, that way I don't overstretch and its kinder on my old joints!
