I've just started C25k and today should be on day4 of week 1.
However the app seems to have jumped from day 3 w1 to w2!
I've tried the slider thingy but there appears to be no day4-5-6-7 of w1
help please!

each week is made up of 3 runs ,which usually you do with a days rest or more inbetween . so for week1 there should be run1/2/3 only then week2 1/2/3 etc i assume that days means runs?
I think teh app does have a few gremlins sometimes ,i knwo it did when i tried to use it initially . used teh podcasts then , seem to be more reliable..

Definitely only 3 runs per week, with at least one days rest between runs to allow your body to recover. Try the podcasts, as the app seems to have a few issues. Happy running
I hope you haven't been overdoing it! Only three runs per week, your body needs the rest days to repair any muscle damage. Sounds to me as if you're very eager to get through the programme, that's good, but you really do need the rest days. At least one between runs. Keep going, you'll get there!
Yes, you should be doing (for example) Week 1, run one on Monday then Week 1 run two on a Wednesday, then Week 1 run 3 on Saturday. This gives your body a break in between running sessions so you can build up gradually and injury free. Then Week 2 starts again the same on Monday .....Only 3 runs a week needed.
Maybe ditch the app and use the podcasts instead. They are low tech, but don't depend on the quality of the mobile signal. I download the podcasts and use my phone as an mp3 player.
