Hi all I have not run for 2 weeks due to shin splint it is now better I was on week 5 day 3 should I return back to that week or should I go back a few weeks so I don't injure my shin again I was running for the full 20 minutes previously

You could give it a try and see how you go but it may be best to drop back to 5/1 and judge from there.

I would give it a go, see how you're getting on. You might find that you have lost a bit of fitness and need to go back a few weeks, or maybe the rest has recovered you so you're fit to carry on as you were. Try it, and see what happens.
