Am currently psyching myself up for wk 5 run 2... Getting some more juice into my iPhone and trying not to talk myself out of it. 8 MINUTES???? TWICE???? Your post has reminded me that I CAN do it (probably) and it feels great afterwards! So, thanks, and well done! I'll go get changed....

I was feeling so worried but I am now know I can do 8 minutes as for the first time tonight, I felt I had more left in me :D Still a bit wobbly about run 3 though!!
