Welcome back! How annoying that you were unable to access the site. I have only recently graduated and I want to try to build up to 10k, at the moment I am consolidating running 5km and then working up to 40minutes . Once I have done this I am going to try the b210k that you can download from, a kind person has a link. I have also downloaded the bupa 10k plan just in case. That is my plan I am sure you will get some other ideas too so you can pick what's best for you.
