Have been running 3 wks now, next week is going to be my time of the month. I can't run much. How do u guys follow if the schedule breaks?

It doesnt interrupt me, not so far, i can imagine missing a day maybe, but not the whole week. But, do what feels right for you. If you feel like moving on, do that. If you feel like you need to repeat, that's fine too.

It depends how long you hsve a break for. I run regardless of my time if the month but if you really cant and take a week off, I'd just repeat your last run and hopefully you will be fine

I still run, I feel good; usually I avoid runnig just on the 1st day when I slightly lack of energy, the rest is ok.

My cycle doesn't disrupt my running really. Is yours unusual in some way? Otherwise you might find it ok to try running anyways. Perhaps be gentle with yourself that you might be slower, or need to take an extra rest day. For that matter, if your period significantly disrupts your normal activities (including exercise) does your doctor have anything to say about it? Maybe that can be addressed and make you feel better all around.

If you really do need to stop for a week, you should probably plan on redoing a run or two when you are "back". In the meantime, trying walking with the podcasts to keep your hand in.
