I downloaded all the podcasts onto my computer from this site nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/... without clicking on the iTunes button. Then I downloaded them onto my mp3 player (my phone) from there. If you're unable to do that, then message me privately and I'll send you the files.
