It's been a week since I ran last due to not being well (gutted to not run). My next run is week 5 run3, should I go for it or do r2 again?

Go for it! :)

A lot about running is mind over matter. As long as you set off with the proviso that you will stop if it is too much for you then you may end up surprising yourself and do really well. And if you do have to stop - SO WHAT? - you tried and there is always another day.

Don't be hard on yourself - this is meant to be FUN! :)
