I use the y-fumble. I think my phone is a Galaxy mini but they-fumble is flexible enough to take most phones. I use it to keep my phone in my handbag too. I went for the medium size which initially I thought was a bit tight but I'm happy with it now. i can't remember if I got it from Amazon or direct from the company but here are some links.

Thank you. I will have a look.

I'm going to be a little controversial here ~ many, many people have managed for generations without listening to instructions for when to walk or run. Try going out without Laura and see how it goes!

I use my ears and listen to the world outside ~ the rushing of the river; the song of the birds; the sound of the wind in the trees ~ and it is so captivating. No extraneous noise, no other voices; no music, just the sound of the world and my feet~ try it!

I listen to music to keep my rhythm. Have not listened to Laura for a long time now. I would love to not use it but it helps me to stay focused and block out the traffic noise as at the moment I can only run by a main road.

Perhaps when I move to a place with country side I will be able to do it.

Happy running

Hi

I can understand both the rhythm and road reasons; but may I urge caution when running with headphones near traffic.

Good luck with your running, and I hope you get many, many years of good running in.
