I have always hated the Dr's office, couldn't begin to tell you why but I just struggle getting there. Anyways I've had some issues recently. Pains in belly. Constipation for a week or more than think squiggly green poo. But in between those poops I have a constant urge to poo and never do, I just drip out blood hours in a day l, I've bleed in my pants even. I have clots at times. I have had hemorrhoids since q8 and have had bleeding before, even excessive amounts on a few occasions. This is different. It's like a menstrual cycle nut in my butt. When I am not bleeding but can't poop than I just passed clumps, and decent sized too of booger but thicker constancy of white and yellow tinted. Grape sized a few times even. But the bleeding has gotten bad and I and haveling pain and swelling in my belly m on that recently started. I have lost 40 lbs in 3 months with no effort on my part. I eat but I can't gain and I'm a former big girl at 300 lbs a few years ago and worked hard to get to 160 and now I'm 120 but l9ok like I am 7 month pregnant and I am positive I am.not and can't be but have checked anyways. I will share a few photos,, they are graphic and I Apologize. The picture of blood are just while I was sitting to pee. No pushing snd no menstrual.

Hello Danninash, That is wayyyy too much blood to lose without having a period. Have you scheduled a colonoscopy and a pelvic MRI. If not please do so. Now you did mention you have hemorrhoids and I first hand know how much blood those suckers can bleed so the amount of blood is although worrisome, your bloating and constipation worries me more. Those are symptoms of something more Sinister. You’re only 37, please go get those 2 exams done. Oh one more thing, check for Anemia, with losing that amount of blood will highly increase the chances you become anemic. Hope this helps.

Thank you. I think I'm calling the doctor tomorrow. My anus seems to be outside now too. It's very embarrassing really. Again tho not painful only thing painful is my belly

I had something similar ( rectal prolapse), and prolapsed bladder,. and a total mess. I had anemia and a few other things going on bacterial and fungal wise. Hopefully it turns out to be something temporarily sinister as well. With anemia, my iodine levels were low too. Good luck with your appointment.
