Hi again, this looks like a skin tag which is usually attached to a internal heamroid . Again I have the same. When you go check to feel if anything protrudes out. You can usually feel something. After you have finished it will usually go back inside. I did manage to take a picture of what was protruding out of me ( don't ask how,😁,) it appeared as little red blood filled lumps, classic heamroids. One even had a scratch on the surface if it which was bleeding which accounted for blood on the side of stool.
