Poop concerns

Hi, I'm 25 years old and I have been dealing with poop problems for like 6 years now. It all started 6 years ago I had some problems with liver so I had to drink wheys(not sure if it's like that in english I used google translate)(2. Watery part of milk produced when raw milk sours and coagulates.)With drinking that, I had every day diarrhea multiple times for 2 weeks. In those days I would wipe to clean myself and I would see white blood. After some time there was no blood anymore but my problem started.

Basically whenever I poop I can't empty myself fully and I always have to clean so much and there is always poop there. In the beginning I would feel sharp pain when my poop was coming out but after 1 year I don't have that pain I just can't empty myself, and sometimes my poop looks like it has something white on it.

6 Years later I still have the same problem no blood or anything, just my poop is very slimy.

My poop as well would always be half hard and half soft.

Whatever I do I can't poop everything that I have there, and I feel like there is always more poop there.

I did go to doctor's he just did the "finger test" and said everything is fine

I have no idea what to do anymore it's really stresfull

Hi lefi,

Thanks for posting with us. I hate you’re having to experience this. You’re looking for answers to put you on a path to being well and I must say the “finger test” and the statement “everything is fine” isn’t the answers you’re looking for. You obviously have some symptoms going on here that need a good diagnosis.

Have your eating habits remained the same and then your symptoms started to happen? Are there any hereditary aspects to health-related issues within your family? Have you tried a dietary change but didn’t see any change in the bowel habit? You said you had started to drink whey protein. Was that under a doctor’s orders or was that something you were just trying to see if it would clear up your symptoms?

Bottom line, you’re looking for answers to the symptoms you’re experiencing. I think the doctor you’ve been visiting has not been very helpful with you dealing with this. Is there any way you can get a second opinion and get in front of another doctor? I think this would be very beneficial to you. Even though what you’re experiencing could be caused by many different things, you still need a diagnosis that can put you on the path to being well. You have not gotten that.

Also, you are young. That is a good thing. However, you should never accept a diagnosis based on your age. Don't let anyone tell you that something can't be happening because you are too young for it to be happening. You should always present your symptoms and the diagnosis needs to focus around those symptoms. I hope that is not what is going on here.

I do wish you the best in getting answers. Hopefully this will be something beneficial soon. Please let us know what you find out as it is this type of information that can be helpful to others on this site.

Thank you,

Tom
