Pale clay colour poo

Sorry for gross question. I finished treatment for sigmoid colon with spread to lungs last September.

The few days my poo has been very pale clay coloured almost white and finding it difficult to go.

So scared of reoccurrence but so scared to go back to my gp

pale stool doesn't seem to be colon cancer sign maybe it's liver issue.
