Is this normal?

Hi, I’ve been having pain in my abdomen for a month now and I’ve started my period 5 times last month.. I just pooped and now I have blood clots coming out. Sorry for the graphic picture but is this normal? I’m very concerned! If anyone could please let me know what this could be please let me know! Thank you!

Dear Kenleyfisher02 ,Thank you for posting and I'm sorry to hear what you are experiencing. Have you been in touch with your gyn re: the menstrual bleeding? Please contact your gyn to discuss that. Unless that has already been addressed and determined not to be anything abnormal, I would suggest getting that checked out.

As far as rectal bleeding, there are many causes as to why you may experience rectal bleeding, some are easily treatable and not serious, and other causes are serious - which is why we always advise people with rectal bleeding to speak to their medical provider.
