You need to go see a doctor to confirm one way or another. I thought I had hemorrhoids but was just told yesterday I don’t and now I’m having a colonoscopy in a few weeks. Any bleeding should be checked out by a professional. Good luck.

Hello Tx_man ,

Thank you for posting. There are many reasons why you can experience blood with stools but you'll need to see a medical professional to determine the reason.

It is scary to see blood - so please do reach out to your doctor, because many of the possible reasons are treatable with medication and diet changes.

Please keep us posted.
