My stool has been narrower over the past 3 years and harder to pass; I’ve having bouts of constipation for 2 days followed by difficult to pass stools for 3 days.

Hello Moshkela ,

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear of the discomfort you are experiencing.

The best thing you can do is to see a specialist in order to determine the cause of your narrow stools and constipation. There are so many possibilities as to why you are experiencing constipation - medication, diet, exercise (or lack thereof), dehydration, etc.

Please reach out to a specialist for an appointment. It may be useful to keep a journal for a week or so to track your food/drink intake as well and your bowel habits, as well as any other relevant info (prescription medication and over the counter medicine), exercise, etc.

Please keep us posted and make that appointment as soon as you can!
