spinal injury 22yr ago .

since then i picked a few other problems .... along with history of battling with water works infection ... and living on antibiotics .

I have struggled with trying to live a live normal life ... keeping acting and eating health diet .

am at my worst at night -after a quiet day at home ...my back and legs play up ..

i guess it spending at day on my backside ..that the nerves and circulation wakes up when i lie down .. my legs are so figiity thru the nit.. so cold. . even with electric blanket on it takes hours for my legs, feet..to warm up .

figgity
