Weather & Arthritis

Just a quick introduction I have widespread arthritis which I find is definitely affected by weather. Although the Lumbar Spinal Stenosis is continuous chronic pain I can cope more on a dry sunny day, my joints behave!

Holidays in warm countries definitely makes a difference, stiffness is elieviated somewhat.

Hi Jenharri , thanks for telling us about which weather conditions improve your symptoms. Let's hope for some more dry, sunny weather this summer!

The spinal stenosis doesn't seam to be affected by the weather but of course on a beautiful sunny day one feels instantly normal almost! Guttate psoriasis is better during sunshine but pustular on my foot plays up🙈

Thank you I have a few problems by far my overwhelming pain is the spinal stenosis. I wear the Butrans patch which is helpful. Allowing me to take less medication. BT pain meds are needed when I over do my usual things I love gardening etc just very little now.

I am also a keen gardener but I am very restricted now due to physical mobility problems, good luck.
