I'm on fire again with the weather change. There is not a bit of me that's not hurting right now despite enbrel jab and tylex yesterday. Looks like a bike ride to get the endorphines going! I'm completing two motiffs a day just to see how the day improves (or not!) My daughters dog is whining so will have to take her walkies.

I too have extensive fibromyalgia & (RA & OA). On Enbrel, Celebrex, Amitriptyline & butrans patches. I have Tui Na massage regularly, so Tai Chi x3/week. The best pain relief ever was from a course of 'add on' acupuncture. Excluding the following from diet: sugar, coffee, diet cola/ soda, tomato and lie calorie foods has helped.

On hot days I find the humidity makes my hand & finger joints + feet extremely painful. Whole body is painful. (Vina64)

Hi 1701A , sorry to hear that you are suffering so much pain, I hope that the cycling endorphins helped to ease this somewhat. Thanks for persevering with the motif, it will be interesting to see whether it is the change in weather as we move into Autumn that is making the difference for you, and for others. You can take a look a this if you are interested on the Citizen Science area of the website - cloudywithachanceofpain.com...
