Could this be a cause of some fatigue? Might be worth discussing a sleep study with your doctor.

Speaking as someone who has sleep apnoea I have spent the last 2 years using a CPAP machine and this certainly changed my life, stopped me snoring and saw a dramatic improvement in my fatigue.

I do have to say however that my fatigue had been getting worse since December last year and I now put that down to my CLL which I only had diagnosed in Feb.

You could put everything down to your CLL,and if it is,what can you do about it,no more then if it is not your CLL.

Pitbull,if you are in a position to get out of the house, then get out, even if its around the houses or pulling up a few weeds in the garden,i know its cold out there lol,but i find if i sit around the house i could sleep all day,and do not put everything down to your Cll,remember we are all getter older, bones get stiff, muscle get tired, the killer is stress

Don't get me wrong, I do remain active, walk the dog, get out in the garden and DIY pottering in the garage etc, I keep all my hobbies going and still work full time.

I have no intention of letting this beat me, yes I feel tired but I still keep going and I see remaining active as a key weapon in fighting this.

I've just left CLL teleconference organised by the Australian Leukaemia Foundation where the guest speaker was Dr Con Tam.
