sorry to hear that. Prutobrutinib (sp?). might be good. The BTK degrader are supposed to be very good. Brian Koffman of CLL society did a Bispecific antibody and is doing well. Check CLLsociety web site.

Going off the NICE appraisal start mid April 2025 and late June 2025 deadline for submissions I can't see Pirtobrutinib being approved for regular use by UK NHS until sometime late 2025 or early 2026. It maybe available on compassionate grounds.

First line use will be even later unless the submission is discontinued.
Currently approved is Venetoclax + Rituximab for 2 years.
Or find a trial.
