I had my second infusion of Obi Friday. All went well with no reaction. Had some sleeping issues from steroids but that has passed. Curious if people experience more fatigue, headaches, fogginess 2-3 days post infusion and if it gets worse as you receive more treatments/infusions; does it build up in your body? I feel it’s been harder post than the first infusion where I had a reaction.

I definitely needed a day or two to just rest after the infusion. Remember that while it looks like nothing is happening, your body is working really hard - the drugs are killing off the cancerous cells and your kidneys, etc. are trying to process it all, your bone marrow is getting a chance to start producing healthy cells, etc. It requires a lot of energy. It did start to improve around cycle 4 and I didn't feel as tired. Once I finished the infusions, I felt better. There was less time in the hospital, less tiredness. Keep going, it will get a bit easier.

I just finished cycle 5. I'm usually tired right after...head back to hotel and nap for a couple of hours. A little fatigue the next day but I try to get some exercise in which helps.

Hi

I had the Obin infusions and ramp up of Ven last Summer and I too experienced a lot of fatigue

I tried to stay busy and do modified exercises throughout and had to adjust my physical expectations which was not easy but so needed

Good luck and God bless
